Work Description

"Leading UK based Digital Agency is looking to hire a Senior Search Engine Marketing Executive to join its growing team in Noida.

The chosen candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience working on SEO and paid search campaigns at reputable agencies with at least 3 years experience as a senior SEO. The chosen candidate will be highly knowledge on all facets of SEO and paid search and have a proven track record which will be demonstrable via an impressive portfolio. In addition, the candidate will be well acquainted with social media and how to utilize it to generate tangible results. The appointed individual will operate in a senior position and will be responsible for both managing online marketing campaigns for individual clients and devising SEM strategies which will be utilized across the company. The role requires excellent written and verbal English as the appointed candidate will be communicating with high profile international clients.
Required Skill Set

An in-depth understanding of on-page SEO, external optimization and all the latest movements in the SEO industry.
A proven track record backed by a strong portfolio is essential.
The ability to articulately research, conceptualize, execute and monitor SEO campaigns in competitive niches. This includes establishing targets, complete on-page optimization according to Google' search engine algorithm and establishing effective external optimization strategies according to the latest Google updates.
The ability to set clear campaign targets and monitor results using data from Google webmasters and other key software tools.
Ability to create detailed monthly campaign performance reports which include statistical analysis, recommendations and executive summaries.
Knowledge of all major tools utilized for SEO analysis including Google Analytics and SEOmoz.
Proven track record of managing paid search campaigns.
Google Adwords/Analytics certification will be advantageous.
An in-depth understanding of social media with the ability to devise social media strategies across Facebook, Twitter and Google Plus to increase visibility in search engines.
An excellent understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for websites and landing pages.
A good understanding of HTML, CSS and CMS and being familiar with PHP & ASP technologies.
A good understanding and experience in managing WordPress and other popular blogging software's.
Being adept at using Microsoft excel and PowerPoint.
Being comfortable liaising with and instructing junior SEO team members, web developers, external content writers.
Having excellent verbal and written English to effectively communicate and build relationships with high profile clients.
Excellent analysis and critical reasoning ability.
Excellent leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:
Effectively managing client SEO and Paid Search campaigns in competitive niches.
Contributing towards the development of SEO and Paid Search strategies which will be used across the company.
Monitoring the performance of campaigns using metrical data.
Creating detailed performance reports which include statistical data, recommendations and executive summaries.
Liaising and instructing web developers and content writers.
Reporting to senior executives in the company located in the UK.
Meeting deadlines and monthly targets.

Educational Requirements
Candidate must have a strong academic background.

Summary
