Work Description

"Hi, We are looking for Team Leader - Operations for a Telecom process for a Domestic BPO setup in Gurgaon(candidates from the telecom background preferred). The incumbent is expected to take care of the following:-

Team Management (15-20 FTEs)
Attrition and Absenteeism Control
Shrinkage Control
Client Interaction
MIS and Administrative reports
Salary: Rs 20,000/- + Free Transport
