"  Team Leader: 

* Managing a Team of 10 - 20 Customer Service Representatives
* Responsible for performance management of the allocated span
* Meeting the given Targets
* Maintaining general floor discipline
* Maintaining effective communication with the client
* Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency
 

2. Quality Analyst:

* Monitoring agent calls and provide feedback
* Analyzing portfolio performance through calls monitored and performance reports
* Improving performance through interventions
* Leading and participating in client calls 
* Continuous portfolio performance improvement 
* To ensure good level of understanding and knowledge of products & services
